Welcome to Season 2 In Episode 4 - Ella chats to Jason Delfos, From a Goal keeper, Gym Owner of The Studio at West beach & SA best Triathlon Event co-ordinator at Pushing Limits Events.

Starting out as a young boy kicking the ball around, Jason decided he was better with the gloves on, helping the team win games with snatching up the clean sheet! Traveling the world competing in the sport that was so close to his heart, Soccer!

Once Jason hung up the gloves, that’s when he was presented with one thing, a pool. Swimming 2km non stop would change his future direction towards Triathlon. Putting the hard hours in training and working in the sport, Jason then found himself running a gym alongside his wife Kelly.

Furthermore through his love of Ironman and coaching athletes, Jason started Pushing Limits Events - Changing the way Triathlon is ran in South Australia for the future.
