In today's episode, I explore death, the fear of death, what I think happens when we die, and how we can release fear of this natural part of life,
The thought of dying can be straight-up scary, but that doesn't mean we have to let it consume us. When we go, we go alone, but we get to join all of those who have gone before us, wrapped up in the energy of the universe.
I hope this episode helps you let go of any anxiety surrounding the transition to the next phase and why it's essential that we ground ourselves in the present moment to live life to the fullest. Love you <3

Hello loveys! In this episode, I explore some lessons, concepts, and strategies to cope with the challenges life throws our way that I have been learning this fall. I talk about reframing the relationship between the brain and pain, staying healthy in the fall through movement and the food we eat, and other good habits we can build into our routines with shorter days and slower nights ahead.
Exciting news - my website and blog launch next week!

Welcome back, friends. Today's episode is all about the difficult emotions we all inevitably face at some point in life: the complexity that comes with grief. I share some of my personal experiences, how grief can show up in your life, perspectives to move forward, and how to handle complex emotions without fearing them and driving them deep into the subconscious.
We handle some difficult topics in this blog, so brace yourself if you decide to listen. I hope whatever you are going through, this episode helps you feel a little less alone. You are so much more capable than you give yourself credit for. You don't have to heal in a day. You have permission to rest and take up all the space you need. Let's talk about it.

Welcome back, my dears! I know I've been gone for a few weeks, but I have to practice what I preach and rest sometimes! I had the most beautiful experience traveling through France and feel incredibly refreshed with a newfound perspective.
In this episode, I talk about why slow living is so important for us to build the momentum we want to see in our lives. I tap into retraining our minds to view certain words in a neutral light.

Happy Monday, beautiful people! How does the manner in which we talk to ourselves and others impact us on an energetic level? Why are affirmations so powerful? How can we shift our everyday language to manifest everything we desire and live with more gratitude?
These are the questions I attempt to answer in this week’s episode. We talk about how words are literal ‘spell’ magic and can suppress or uplift us. There are simple awareness practices you can implement and language adjustments that can maximize your potential instead of holding you back.
Women, and even some men, have been taught that modesty is the best policy, so using direct, demanding, affirmative language is seen as an ‘unseemly’ thing. I say F this mindset! In order to get what you want, you have to demand it with your words. That doesn’t mean you have to be an a**hole.
How has your mindset around certain words, such as “demanding” been molded based on your experiences?

Also, apologies for the audio glitches around 17 minutes! I won’t have my microphone for a few weeks and didn’t notice until editing. Oh well!
Until next time! Much love and many blessings.
Welcome back, beautiful friends! Ahh, habits...we love them and we hate them (hate's a strong word that I try not to use, but you get the picture). In fact, we sometimes love to hate them (i.e. Saying 'I'm so busy I got no sleep last night' like a badge of honor). Healthy habits are essential for success so you don't burn out from inefficiently draining yourself of energy. Building positive and uplifting routines and habits is as difficult or as easy as you make it for yourself.
In today's episode, I share my perspective on why habits are so important for our physical, mental emotional, and spiritual health. I go through 7 steps to build new habits to set you up for success!
These are:
Find Your Why
Evaluate Where You're At
Envision Your Ideal Habits
Start Habit Stacking
Remove Obstacles
Track Your Progress
Reward Yourself

Welcome back to The Wellness Wave, my dears! Life is tough sometimes, but you can get through anything if you have the right toolkit and habits. We won't stop running into obstacles, but we can build the strength to jump over them a bit higher, get more strategic in how we move around them, and acquire the tools to toss them aside so they don't get in the way of our overall journey.
With each obstacle, anxiety attack, or moment of stress, we learn much about managing and self-regulating with more finesse. In today's episode, I share tips, tricks, affirmations, and mindset hacks that help me get through difficult days when my fear starts to sound louder than my highest self. I hope this episode resonates and helps you out. You've got this!
