Sandra Foreman is a wife, mother, and lawyer who has practiced law in Texas since February 1996. Slowly, after practicing law for a number of years,
Sandra started to experience burnout and fatigue. She sought new meaning in her life. Sandra started to change her lifestyle in order to better manage her stress. She stopped working weekends and long hours. She limited the number of pro bono cases that she accepted each year.She strives to live a well-rounded life, has obtained yoga teacher certification from Yoga Yoga, in Austin, Texas, and health coaching certification from the Health Coach Institute. She is a first place Masters Bikini Winner, and a second place novice winner, in a bodybuilding competition sponsored by the Naturally Fit Federation in Austin, Texas.
After years of deep soul searching and self-discovery, Sandra determined that her new purpose in life is to help other women acknowledge their worth in making self-care an ongoing practice as opposed to an occasional indulgence.

She recently founded The Spa in Me, LLC, which plans an annual retreat for women. The next retreat is scheduled for Saturday, October 26, 2019, from 8 am - 5 pm, at McKinney Roughs Nature Center in Cedar Creek, Texas.The Rest, Reset, and Restore Retreat offers women the opportunity to find peace and joy in the midst of a stressed, chaotic life.
This day long retreat will teach busy women how to journal, meditate, and find tools to love themselves first. The goal is to create compassionate communities where attendees find a refreshed spirit, and, most importantly, have fun!
This summer, The Spa in Me, LLC, will expand to offer a self care boutique with products to help women reset and relax in their own home.
