The Western Bowhunter Podcast

South & Kody round up two guys who helped influence them to start filming their own adventures. Joe Mitchell & Jaysen Dunnavant of On Foot Films, have filmed and produced 6 films, sharing their wild and unscripted hunts. The brothers recently released another DVD, "A Fistful Of Arrows" showcasing the battle of hunting mule deer with a recurve. Over multiple years, they honed their skills and ultimately fill their tags with traditional gear. Throw in some laughs and fun stories, these two are a great guests to chat with. Thanks for tuning in!

South & Kody interview a newbie to the Trad World, Ben Guttormson. His lack of experience didn't hold him back from achieving success. His first year into shooting a stick bow, he was able to harvest 3 turkeys, an antelope, a 377" Rocky Mtn bull, a solid mule deer and a non-typical whitetail...andy most people think shooting trad is a handicap. Listen in as he recounts his steps from the Fall. We also dive into the use of decoys and protecting your "honey holes" on private land. Enjoy!
