I've been realizing that the life that I dreamed of and thought I wanted isn't what actually feels fulfilling or good in my body, which has been a big awakening and humbling moment. It's crazy because I'm realizing more and more that what I think I want is usually not what feels good in my heart and soul.

My hope in sharing this video with you is to bring light upon the reality of this human experience -- the fact that nothing is certain and that we are ever shifting and changing through every phase of our human experience and journey. Maybe what you thought you wanted isn't what you actually want and that's okay.
