Frank Cisa is a wildlife biologist who has built two wildlife control businesses. He is the founder of Wildman Wildlife Removal of Durham, NC. In May of this year, Conserv acquired Wildman. After the acquisition, Frank went on to start Wando Wildlife Removal in Charleston, SC which has had rapid growth in a very short amount of time. Frank talks about building his businesses, selling to Conserv, and the benefits of being a silent partner in Wildman, post acquisition.
