Often when we're on a journey of transformation, there are two different parts of us that will be along for the ride – the part that is afraid, and the part that fully trusts.
We've been made to believe that fear is bad, and that it should be eliminated before we can move forward on something or step out of our comfort zones – but this is actually not true!
Fear is a normal and healthy part of growing and evolving. It's not realistic to think that we will be totally fearless when we are moving toward our goals.
So, how can we hold both fear AND trust at the same time?
