This week a hot new bombshell enters the barracks: Henry and Teddy are both off to war and it’s only a matter of time before the Holland sisters find themselves at battle too. Back stateside, a prince makes Penelope an offer she can’t refuse. But will she lose more than just her slippers on her way? And Carolina’s forgetting our number one rule: there’s always more blackmail in the banana stand.
Three men and a baby—what could be worse? For Elizabeth and Diana, that would mean a trip to Florida with the Schoonmakers. Rather than enjoy their old-timey bathing costumes Henry and Teddy make some big decisions.
“Be careful what you wish for, you just might get it.” That advice goes for New York’s elite and your podcast hosts this week, as Rumors offers a lot more caviar than we could chew. Will we hear wedding bells or sleigh bells this Christmas? Maybe both, if we’re unlucky.
We're back in Manhattan this season, only a hundred years earlier. In the opulent days of the late 19th century, New York society rules all. Elizabeth Holland is the catch of the season, although her heart may be kept by another. Everything changes when Elizabeth enters the enclave of wealth to find that life might not be what it seems. Can she lock down her man and keep her family safe and secure? Or will she lose the keys to the emerald city and her heart?
It's book ten, and although it may only be February, the Waverly Owls have gone to nest. In this episode, we tie up loose ends faster than a professional present wrapper with what might be our least satisfying ending yet.
While it might be chilly at Waverly in winter, this book was as tepid as can be. With the amount of rehashed plots, we almost feel as though we have read this book before. Jenny falls for the new Dean's son, whose hot sister is busy corrupting Tinsley and leading her off the road to happiness with Julian. Can our main characters find their course, or will they end up lost in the woods?
After a wild Thanksgiving break, the Waverly Owls are ready to return to their roosts. With finals looming, Heath devises a devious plan to spice up the annual Secret Santa. While most students are busy getting dirty and flirty, Jenny is fending off her admirers once again, although this time its freshman film students. Will she come out on top like the rest of the popular crowd, or will she end up just as embarrassing as little J was before?
It's almost Turkey Day and that can only mean one thing: teenage debauchery? At least that's what the author attempts in this book. Will Jenny learn after her 19th heartbreak? Will Callie learn that it might be easy to be alone? Outside Manhattan, Brett embraces her Jersey girl roots, all while Brandon finally gets it on. There might not be any Sage in his bed, but I am sure there's some in the stuffing!
I said brrrrr, it's cold in here! There must be a new ice queen in the atmosphere! Or at least there seems to be one at Waverly. Trouncing Tinsley once again, Jenny has unceremoniously stolen the title of Waverly Queen Bee. Jenny is busy being popular, too busy to notice that Callie is working through her Easy withdrawal at rehab/prison camp? While this might be our biggest departure from the conventional plot yet, there are still no witches or murders in this book. Boo.
Fire! Jealousy! Drama! Or not? In what may have been the most boring book yet, Jenny's life is going up Tinsley's "well orchestrated" flames. Can she escape the blaze, or will she feel the burn?
