Titania is the Boundary QUEEN ok?! Boundaries weren't a part of her life until she joined Release the Rags, a group led by yours truly. Titania's growth was amazing and  I'm ecstatic for her. After she implemented boundaries in her life, she felt healthier, ate better, and was way more happy way more often! She learned that not everyone will celebrate her healing, and some will outright be angry about it, but she has committed to herself anyway. We celebrate you Titania! Thank you for shining your light for others to make their way.
