Mark Ray Haydon was sentenced to 25 years for helping to dispose of bodies hidden in acid-filled barrels in a bank vault in the 1990s. The parole board says if he ticks all the right boxes, he could be free later this year, although victims' families can lodge a submission expressing their concern.
