Having an illustrious career in both film and music for over 3 and a half decades, Courtney Gains is the definition of the term "character actor". Since his debut as the villainous Malachi in 1984's "Children of the Corn", Gains has shown an amazing versatility of film roles. He's played bullies ("Back to the Future"), nerds ("Can't Buy Me Love"), and gangbangers ("Colors"). In addition to his film career, he is also a successful musician with his band, Ripple Street. In this second episode of the podcast, I talk to Courtney about the highlights of his career, his latest works, what's next, and he gives some insightful advice of what to do if you want to pursue an acting career.
