  • Our Becoming.

We don't need to be more loving, powerful, strong, generous, better...it's not about being more. It's about becoming who we were born on this planet to be. We are whole and perfectly imperfect. We do not need saving or fixing.

This podcast is a reminder of who you are and how to let go of the armor you've learned to wear. This is about going back to your essence.

  • Finding love...

Big news! I quit my job and have gone full time life coach and speaker! I share about my journey of self-love and worthiness and reflect on what got me to where I am today.

My journey really started about 8 years ago after my parents separated. It caused me to question love, what it meant, and how to make love stay. Through my own discovery and journey, I found self-love. This episode goes into some steps and practices I did to cultivate my relationship with myself.

You are worthy of this step. You are worthy of your time and energy. You are worthy and deserving of loving yourself.

  • What are you making failure mean?

Many times, we take failure personally. We internalize it and it becomes, "I'm a failure." or "I'm not good enough" or "I don't follow through with things." The list goes on.

We use our past experiences to predict our future outcomes. Here's the thing, we are not the person we were in the past. Therefore, our past does NOT dictate our future...unless we let it.

This episode is stories from my life and clients where we have let failure mean something. We have let it dictate and hold us back in life. Then there are the times where it hasn't.

Your homework is to find evidence to support empowering thoughts about you. You already have evidence to support the opposite. Now let's focus on finding the evidence to prove those thoughts wrong.

  • Listening to that little voice...

We all have that little voice inside of us giving us the answer and direction. We have numbed it out and gotten so out of tune with ourselves that we don't know how to listen or trust that voice, our intuition. This episode goes into how I developed my self-trust, what I do to continue to build it, and what you can do to do the same.

    Homework:

    - Follow through on your word for a week. Every. Single. Time.

    - Journal and ask questions. Then take time to write, uncensored, and see what comes up.

  • Let Go of What is Supposed to Be.

This episode I let you into my life...the messy, beautiful, and chaotic. Many times we think things need to be a certain way before we take action and make the next step. We think there will be a better time...maybe there will or maybe there won't. How can you see that right now you have all you need? What you need is waiting for you to see it, believe it, and jump for it.

  • Fear Sets You Free

If we can tap into our fear, it shows us a lot about our thoughts and the potential we have in our life. We can actually use fear as a meditation...WHAATTT? Yes, use your fear as a way to observe your thoughts and get to the root of the issue.

Are you afraid of spiders? Well, back in our caveman days, that fear saved our lives! We kept our distance from things that could kill us. Now, those aren't needed. We can thank fear and then set it to the side. We are in the drivers seat!

My motto is, if I'm afraid of it, I have to do it. How can we tap into our fear to unlock our potential and show up in life?
