SCREWED BLUE PART 2, The Stephen Matakovitch Story. The arrest, prosecution and conviction of former Pittsburgh Police Sergeant Stephen Matakovitch for "Excessive Force"  stirred a media frenzy. Imagine a Police Officer being convicted of "Excessive Force" when the "victim" never makes a complaint and doesn't even testify. Imagine being convicted based on one surveillance video when the other four which captured the incident were erased by the Security Department of the Pittsburgh Steelers stadium, which brought the complaint.  Injustice? Listen to Part 2 of SCREWED BLUE and you decide.
