  • A Letter to the Man I Killed
Some people know this about me; others do not. I have killed a man. This is not a confession; it is just fact. I have nothing to hide about it. I am not ashamed of the fact. I have no regrets about doing it. I was doing my job. At the time of your death, I was a police officer. And, you tried your best to kill me. I am the police officer that killed you.

I hope you were not long in your suffering, but as I am aware, during the short time I spent with you, listening to your cries of agony and for mercy, the curses you spat at me, I endured, as you bled to death. I endured.
LISTEN IN TO THE PODCAST FOR THE FULL LETTER, AS LT RANDY SUTTON DOES A LIVE READ OF THIS INCREDIBLE LETTER FROM A POLICE OFFICER - WHOSE LIFE WAS FOREVER CHANGED ON THIS DAY!
Perhaps I’ll see you on the other side, if you reconciled, and the angels came to take you away to Heaven that early summer morning. If so, maybe we can have that drink and share a meal?

If not, you made another bad choice, infinitely worse than the first, and I will never see you again.

    With Sincerity,
The police officer that killed you

Here is a YouTube Video with a live read from the officer:

  • This week’s blockbuster interview reveals the lies and ideology that gave birth to and sustain BlackLivesMatter. Dr. Ron Martinelli, a retired San Jose Detective and world renowned forensic criminologist has done exhaustive research and just released his new book “THE TRUTH BEHIND THE BLACKLIVESMATTER MOVEMENT AND THE WAR ON POLICE”. Lieutenant Sutton’s interview will tell you what the mainstream media will never print or talk about.

"Dr. Martinelli digs deep into this movement and uncovers facts that otherwise would have never seen the light of day. Lt. Sutton and Dr. Martinelli are really providing a public service with the interview you're about to listen to," Malcolm Out Loud.

“What do we want now, dead cops - put them in a pan and fry them like bacon.” Protest from the Black Lives Matter Movement.

You'll learn about the movement's founders, ideology, funding sources, surrogates, radical goals and objectives to disenfranchise law enforcement and usurp the rule of democratic law. Several infamous police death cases forensically explained and numerous false narratives of the movement are factually destroyed with explanations of the actual circumstances. This is a powerful, vetted "go to" reference source for researchers, the media, law enforcement and those interested in this radical movement. Hundreds of references listed to allow for self-investigation of the Black Lives Matter organization.
“Movements like ‘Black Lives Matter’ depend on people not being informed,” says Dr. Martinelli.

Dr. Ron Martinelli is a nationally recognized forensic criminologist specializing in police/corrections practices, who is also an adjunct professor of Forensic Science at an accredited university and holds a number of current certifications in forensics and law enforcement. A retired San Jose (CA) police officer, investigator and Criminal Justice Training Center director founded Martinelli & Associates, Inc. in 1980. Dr. Martinelli, spent over twenty years in active law enforcement and continues to devote his time to advanced education, forensics, police/corrections practices and the training of law enforcement officers in and outside of the United States.

  • “I pulled up on an accident, a Volkswagen was crushed against a telephone pole, and a guy was crawling out of a car - spinning on it’s roof - he was drunk. I walked over to the Volkswagen and I heard that 18 year old college student take her last breath.” As Retired Police Officer and Chaplain Rob Michaels explains on the show - for police officers on the front lines, this is a normal day. After all their job is TO SERVE AND PROTECT.

PTSD is one of the most misunderstood and still controversial experiences facing law enforcement. Often the stigma attached to seeking help is cause for those in need to hesitate or simply refuse to seek treatment from their own agencies for fear.  Fear of being adjudged “crazy’ or a “malingerer” or even worse….weak.  Fear of their own Administrators and Supervisors who might view them with suspicion or “reassign” them.  That is why retired Police Officer and Chaplain Rob Michaels created serveprotect.org, a confidential source of treatment, dedicated to serving the spiritual and emotional needs of those in public safety.  Rob has helped more than 2500 Law Enforcement personnel to get the treatment they need to combat the horrors of PTSD.

Rob Michaels is the CEO / Founder of Serve & Protect, a non-profit international organization dedicated to facilitating trauma resources for Public Safety professionals and their families. In launching Serve & Protect, Michaels returns to his roots. He served in law enforcement first with the 229th Military Police Battalion of the Virginia Army National Guard, as well as with Norfolk (VA) Police Department, both on patrol and in the detective bureau.
“It’s accumulative, you see a bunch of dead bodies, you go on a bunch of tough calls, well, it adds up,” says Rob Michaels.

Listen in to hear Host Randy Sutton's controversial remarks on Police Week and his plea to President Obama to not speak to law enforcement during this special occasion.

In 1962, President John F. Kennedy signed a proclamation which designated May 15 as Peace Officers Memorial Day and the week in which that date falls as Police Week. Currently, tens of thousands of law enforcement officers from around the world converge on Washington, DC to participate in a number of planned events which honor those that have paid the ultimate sacrifice. • There was the media-fed story. There was the political story. There was the Department of Justice story. There was the State and Local story. And then there was the REAL STORY. Police Chief of Ferguson, Missouri, Thomas Jackson sets the record straight here on America Out Loud with another outstanding episode of POLICE RADIO by Lieutenant Randy Sutton.

The police shooting of Michael Brown by Ferguson Police Officer Darren Wilson ignited a firestorm of controversy about police "Use of Force" and a political avalanche of criticism about the police response to the civil unrest in that city.

"I don’t know why they (media) put the story out there so quickly without verifying anything, but it went viral right away… we were never able to pull this story back or to listen to the truth,"
    says Chief Jackson.

The TRUE story about what took place is now revealed by the man who was there. Chief Tom Jackson who had 31 years as a St. Louis Police Officer and Commander before taking the job as Chief in the suburban town of Ferguson tells the riveting story about how political interference from State and U. S. Department of Justice officials cost lives and advanced the destruction of the city.

'Hands Up Don’t Shoot' became the false narrative that swept the nation like a firestorm. But, there was so much more to this story - and today Chief Jackson sits down with Lieutenant Randy Sutton to discuss the Out Loud Truth!
"It was shocking, I was amazed how quickly big politicians were able to throw law enforcement under the bus," Chief Tom Jackson.

  • Every time a police officer makes a routine traffic stop, they know they could be injured or killed while on the job. Every single year in the U.S., an average of 56,000 law enforcement officers are assaulted. More troubling - Every 53 hours a law enforcement officer is killed in the line of duty.

Today on POLICE RADIO, the voice of American Law Enforcement - is a lawman himself, who after witnessing the deaths of Law Enforcement Officers all over the country - decided he needed to do something to lend support to this growing crisis. He created “53 Hours”, a non-profit organization that is making a difference across America. Lieutenant Randy Sutton believes that the tide maybe turning in the “War On Cops” at least in terms of how the American people are now showing their support in ways never seen before.
“The rhetoric that’s going on around our country through the media and so on is extremely negative, and it’s our mission to try and change that,” Jon Folbrecht.
Jon Folbrecht is an 11 year veteran deputy sheriff in Martin County, Florida, the founder and leader of Heroes Memorial Foundation, a nationwide non-profit with the mission of Helping Emergency Responders Overcome Extreme Situations also known as H.E.R.O.E.S. The Heroes Memorial Foundation manages the popular Facebook page 53 Hours that reports news about law enforcement and corrections Heroes.

Jon is an active law enforcement and corrections adjunct instructor at the Indian River State College with multiple instructor certifications. He is also a US Army Veteran where he earned the rank of Specialist and was awarded the Army Good Conduct medal, Outstanding Volunteer Award, Army Service Ribbon, Army Parachutist badge and Army Parachute Rigger badge. Jon received an Honorable discharge from the US Army in 2002.

Also in today’s Briefing Room, Lieutenant Sutton explores the possibility that perhaps the ‘tide is turning’ when it comes to the perception of law enforcement today. He provides one such recent example from Ohio, where a server, Jessica Dunbar from Red Robin Restaurant was so moved by what 9 officers had experienced that day on the job - that she dug into her own pocket and picked up the entire tab for lunch. You can read more on this story here.
