At the very core of Imposter Syndrome is self-doubt.
And that is why Imposter Syndrome can be damaging to you as a writer.
We all struggle with self-doubt at some time but we need to learn to fight against the
voices that tell us we are not good enough and tell us that we can't do it.
We CAN achieve the big goals we have set for ourselves and we CAN overcome any obstacles
that come our way. And it starts with our thoughts.
Imposter Syndrome is real but it can be overcome.
It will take patience and perseverance because even the most seasoned
writers struggle with Imposter Syndrome. It's not only a select group of people that
deal with this. We all deal with it in varying degrees.
