Welcome to another exciting episode of the Writing Community Chat Show! 📚🎥
In this week's show, we're delighted to host two incredible guests, Noelle Holten and Sharon Bairden, both accomplished writers with fascinating backgrounds. Here's a little sneak peek into their remarkable journeys:

🌟 Noelle Holten:
Noelle is a multi-talented individual who wears many hats. She's not only an award-winning blogger over at www.crimebookjunkie.co.uk but also serves as a PR & Social Media Manager for Bookouture, a renowned digital publisher in the UK. With 18 years of experience as a Senior Probation Officer, she's well-versed in various cases, including those involving serious domestic abuse. Noelle's academic credentials include three Hons BA's in Philosophy, Sociology (Crime & Deviance), and Community Justice, along with a Diploma in Probation Studies and a Masters in Criminology. Her love for reading, attending book festivals, and sharing her passion for books through her blog is truly infectious.

📖 Noelle's Debut Novel: "Dead Inside" is an international Kindle bestseller and marks the beginning of a new series featuring DC Maggie Jamieson. She's also the author of "6 Ripley Avenue," her first stand-alone crime thriller. We can't wait to delve into her writing journey!

🌟 Sharon Bairden:
By day, Sharon is a manager at a small local independent advocacy service, deeply passionate about human rights. By night, she immerses herself in the thrilling world of crime fiction. Sharon is not just a writer but a blogger too, and you can find her insights over at Chapterinmylife. She's taken the plunge to become an author, and her debut novel, "Sins of the Father," was published in November 2020 by Red Dog Press. Following this success, she released "You Need Me" on October 12th, 2021, also published by Red Dog Press. Sharon's creativity knows no bounds, as she's currently working on her third standalone psychological thriller.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 Hailing from the outskirts of Glasgow, Sharon has a full and lively life with two grown-up children, a grandson, a Golden Labrador, and a cat. Her free time is predominantly devoted to all things bookish, from reading to attending book festivals and launches. She's even ventured out of her comfort zone on occasion, proving her mettle by walking over burning coals and broken glass (although not simultaneously, of course!).

Join us in this episode as we explore the captivating worlds of crime fiction, writing, and advocacy with our wonderful guests, Noelle Holten and Sharon Bairden. 📖✨ Don't miss out on the insights and stories they have to share!

Join us for an exciting live interview with the multi-talented Ian Moore on The Writing Community Chat Show! Ian Moore, known for his roles as a Comedian, Author, Columnist, Corporate Speaker, Blogger, Podcaster, and Chutney Maker, occupies a unique position in British comedy. He lives in rural France but commutes to the UK for work, where he's a TV/Radio regular, best-selling author, and headliner at London’s world-famous Comedy Store.

In this engaging conversation, we delve into Ian's fascinating journey in the world of comedy and writing. We discuss his best-selling novel 'Death & Croissants,' the highly anticipated follow-up 'Death & Fromage,' and his experiences on TV and radio, including appearances on BBC 2’s 'Richard Osman’s House of Games,' BT Sport’s 'The Football’s On,' BBC 5Live’s 'Fighting Talk,' and Talksport’s 'The Warm Up.' Ian also won accolades for his performance on BBC Radio 4’s long-running 'The Now Show.'

Beyond comedy and writing, Ian has unintentionally become an expert in UK and European visa matters, travel, trade agreements, and UK-EU dynamics, often sharing his sharp and entertaining punditry on various platforms, including Dave’s 'Unspun,' Channel 5’s 'Comedy Big Mouths,' and TRT World’s weekly news analysis show, 'Nexus.'

As a sought-after comedian, compère, and corporate awards host, Ian has entertained diverse audiences, from intimate gatherings to hosting live Q&A sessions in front of thousands at venues like the Hammersmith Apollo. He's also graced the stage at Montreal’s 'Just for Laughs' festival alongside comedy greats like Jimmy Carr and Lee Mack.

Ian is not only a talented comedian and author but also a columnist and podcaster, known for his best-selling memoirs 'A la Mod: My So-Called Tranquil Family Life in Rural France' and 'C’est Modnifique!: Adventures of an English Grump in Rural France.' And let's not forget his culinary skills—Ian Moore also makes mean chutneys and jams!
