This Yard of Greatness Podcast is brought to you by: '7 days of Revolutionary Black self Love' A FREE online program that helps you define black self love and how to maintain it under the the system of racism (white supremacy).

TODAY'S SHOW The reason why so many of us struggle under the system of white supremacy, is because we don't understand our pain or what to do with it.

When we're triggered by all the racist aggression, we deny, avoid and stuff down the emotions in order to cope with the abuse and feelings of powerlessness. The unheard pain is then internalised, and it's energy leaks out in how we care for ourselves and those we love.

A crucial part of our healing requires us to honor our black pain. It's essential to find healthy, sober ways to listen to what the pain is trying to tell us, and transform it into behaviours which restore our sense of balance.

Our suffering can teach us where we need to set boundaries around the people, places or things which undermining our serenity. In this session, June share's 10 tools to manage black pain.
