It's a well researched episode by Bobby this week, as 1970 has piqued his attention. Bobby shares his love with us for the comedy trio The Stooges, when Larry Fine suffered a debilitating career ending stroke, we get a taste of Bobby's Spotify playlist featuring forgotten folk musician Charles Manson, Make America Great Again founder Donald Trump's third wife Melania is born, drilling on the Kola Superdeep Borehole begins in Russia, a man eating tiger kills 48 people in New Delhi, India, and Japanese geisha and sex worker Sada Abe dissappears after murdering and dismembering her lover.
Also hear how our appearance at the podcast festival went last week as Red is continuing to learn how to make friends.

We have traveled back to 1872 to be the first ones to solve the mystery of the Mary Celeste ship that was discovered with no crew aboard but everything still in tact, Suffragist Susan B Anthony votes for the first time, Monet paints the first Impressionist painting, geologist Clarence King reveals the diamond hoax, and the Tichborne case is decided in London against claimant Arthur Orton.
Also descendent of the Quakers, Red is learning how to make friends and Bobby is trying to figure out who or what soiled his new couch.

It's 1933, a quiet year, where the Nationalist Socialist German Workers Party appoints a little known man called Adolf Hitler as their leader, and everyone lived happily ever after, meanwhile British Prime Minister, Winston Churchill makes his first speech warning of the dangers of German rearmament, Scientist and fellow genius Albert Einstein arrives in the United States as a refugee from Nazi Germany, the first alleged modern sighting of the Scottish Loch Ness Monster occurs, Franklin D. Roosevelt is sworn in as president of the United States, Gieuseppe Zangara attempts to assassinate Roosevelt.
Also we are collectively mourning the passing of rapper Coolio, and Red has more very funny stories from growing up in Devon.

This week we time travel to 1966 when you might be aware was the year that England won the World Cup, but not just that, John Lennon says that the Beatles are more popular than Jesus, mass murderer Charles Whitman known as the Texas Town Sniper kills 16 people from the top of a university clock tower, builders begin work on the World Trade Center, and supermodel Cindy Crawford and actor Stephen Baldwin are both born. Also Bobby has become a TikTok star and Red is drawing lines on what countries he won't perform in.

It's great to be back in the studio, in our own space back together again. We have a lot to catch up on after Edinburgh. Red shares his unvarnished views on his month at the Fringe Festival, and has done a lot of research for 1769. Napoleon Bonaparte was born and Red gives us a in-depth insight into the life of the great Corsican man, who gave us the idea of the Napoleon complex, his marriages, adventures in Egypt and Moscow and how to be a successful cuckold.

We present another live recording from our Edinburgh shows. We had a pretty lively audience when we travel back to 1974, when the first recorded sextuplets in the world where all six babies survived, the first McDonalds in the UK opens in Woolwich, South East London, Lord Lucan disappears after the murder of his children's nanny, Hollywood star and 90s pin-up Leonardo DiCaprio is born along with English supermodel Kate Moss and the Rumble in the Jungle takes place in Zaire where Muhammad Ali knocked out George Foreman to regain the heavyweight boxing title. Also we learn a lot about producer's Jody past.

A live recording from Edinburgh Fringe Festival last month when we time traveled back to 2013 with our audience. We teach them history, including a meteor exploding over Chelyabinsk in Russia, a 3-D printer creates the first lab grown ear out of collagen, Pope Benedict XVI resigns, and China launches an uncrewed rocket to the moon. Take part at home in the quiz at the end where an audience member has a chance to win £25,000 by being more of a genius than Bobby and Red. Also Red had a bad gig the night before because of some theatre kids from a show called "Two Fingers Up" and Bobby has been doing some creative promotion of the show with his baby daughter.
