Let go and simplify your schedule

Have people you respect and look up to

Let go of any judgement and write down limiting beliefs during this time. You might realize there are so many more than u even thought there were

Take this time to take action and show love to yourself

I like to do this by journaling, studying, napping, and eating yummy nourishing food

Enjoy yourself and take breaks do what pleases you don’t make yourself miserable

Meditate to encourage openness during this time to go with the flow rather than to put yourself in a box.

Life is not linear there are ups and downs. Don’t judge or compare your journey to someone else’s

We’re not meant to be perfect and it makes more sense to be kind to yourself than to be bitter

When I am feeling irritable I don’t want to hurt anyone I care about so allowing my environment to be soothing really helps me

Taking action is my new favorite thing. I feel like accomplishing things is the best feeling. So I’m currently just focusing my energy on that and taking time to myself.

1. Come to terms. Face the toxicity

2. Game plan. Set some boundaries

3. When boundaries are crossed stay centered this is where your power resides-even if it’s shaky and uncomfortable this is similar to making a muscle stronger your exercise it rest and it’ll grow

4. Have a strong support group. Find security with yourself because you’re all you have at the end of the day

7. Take time to focus on eating an organic healthy diet, sleep enough, and exercise

8. Have some self help things in play for me it’s life coaching, therapy, and focusing on my classes, and business

9. Connecting with your higher self through praying! Gratitude one stop shop for all your needs and desires

10. Face your fears. Fall into the endless pit and trust you’ll be supported and loved through the whole thing

I have felt pain from others and have fought with myself within because I didn’t have anything to blame. It intensified my emotions but that’s just me facing it right? This episode is really relevant to me because business can be very cut throat and demanding. I want my business to be a long term project to establish connections and take things at a pace where I can keep up. It’s time to put love in to yourself. Take responsibility

Journal your feelings out and write a gratitude list

Nourish your body with high vibrational foods

Cut out processed food, drugs, and alcohol

Stay hydrated

This will elevate you to see things from a new perspective

Now we are ready to really see what these relationships are doing for you

Through your self love journey who was supporting you?

Who was encouraging you and being patient with you?

This is how you can weed people out. You do not have to necessarily cut them off if that is not your vibe. You just don’t have to nurture the relationship.

Intentionally create a bubble around you that no one can penetrate. Be civil kind and keep it to the point

Next comes understanding

Then unconditional love

That is my recipe to a great relationship

Honesty and trust are the foundation because when you are in any relationship you have to trust your partner and be honest on your end to build that mutual understanding

Which brings us to the next step

Without understanding the honesty and trust aren’t complete. You can be honest and trust your partner but when they make a mistake or you get in a fight to eventually resolve the issue you have to be compassionate to the other person in order to reconcile

Lastly, unconditional love is the cherry on top. With a strong foundation the love that is shared flows abundantly.
