    Episode Description:
In this episode, I’m giving you a deeper look at what it’s really like living with cerebral palsy while building a sustainable health and fitness routine. I open up about the day-to-day physical challenges I face, how I’ve built structure around my pain and energy levels, and why self-acceptance from the inside/out is the foundation for everything I do. We talk about how therapy, body image, and marketing experience all come together to shape the Your Level Fitness message.

I also explain how documenting my work helps combat the feeling of “falling behind,” and why I believe the fitness industry needs a complete shift—from shame-driven marketing to teaching people how to build systems they actually enjoy. Whether you're navigating your own health journey or just curious how all the behind-the-scenes pieces come together, this episode is full of insight, honesty, and practical takeaways.

In this episode, I’m reminding you of something the world has tried to make you forget… you already have what you need inside you. The confidence. The belief. The curiosity. The drive. It’s all there. The problem is, we’ve been taught that in order to feel better about ourselves, we have to earn it through action or buy it through products. That’s not how it works.

You don’t have to wait to love yourself until you’ve done the thing. You can choose to believe in yourself first… and then take actions each day that reinforce that belief. That is the shift. That is what makes this an inside/out process.

I also talk about how Your Level Fitness is structured for you to go through it at your own pace. Whether you work with me directly or just use the blog, podcasts, or videos, the message stays the same… this is about you building something real and sustainable. Not just for now, but for life.

We’re not here to feed your insecurities. We’re here to remind you of your strength.

  • Realignment in Real Time

In this midweek episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I'm walking you through the importance of reassessing your weekly goals and checking in with how things are going so far. If your week started strong, great—keep the momentum going. But if it didn’t, this is your chance to make small adjustments without overhauling the goal itself.

When you’ve been doing this for a while, midweek adjustments become less about fixing problems and more about reinforcing progress. These goals are built around your capabilities and belief in yourself, not unrealistic expectations. You don’t need to be perfect. You just need to keep showing up and adjusting as needed.

This approach supports your inside/out process, not just with fitness and nutrition but in how you connect with yourself and stay consistent in life. So take a few minutes today, step back, and see how you're doing. If it’s going well, keep going. If it’s off track, you’ve got time to shift. Either way, you're in control.

I’d love to hear how your week is going. Send your thoughts to [email protected].

In this episode, I’m revisiting something foundational to Your Level Fitness: the YLF Framework. I break down how this self-paced system gives you structure to set achievable daily and weekly goals, track your progress, and stay focused on building your life from the inside/out. Whether you’re navigating a weight loss journey, trying to improve your mental and emotional health, or just need a plan to stay consistent, the framework offers tools you can actually use. I also talk about how I’m tying this back into our regular episodes and emails on Sundays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays—so you’re never without guidance.

This is more than just another motivational message. It’s about applying simple, flexible tools to your daily routine so you can exceed your goals and truly feel progress in all areas of your life. Check out the link to the full framework and let me know how it’s working for you or what you'd like to see added. This is a living resource—and your feedback helps it grow.

    Episode Description:

In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I share what continues to drive my approach to coaching and content. We have all the tools to build consistent routines, but we still struggle to make fitness a true lifestyle. That’s because consistency isn’t about perfect plans or more information. It’s about starting with your preferences, building a structure around them, and learning to enjoy the process.

I talk about how self-connection and mindset play a much bigger role in lasting change than most people realize. From my own experience navigating fitness with a disability, and from years of marketing and coaching, I’ve seen how building sustainable habits from the inside/out is what really works. This episode is a breakdown of how I help people find their version of lifelong adherence through clarity, calmness, and confidence.

In this Sunday episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, we’re setting the tone for the week ahead by building intentional, flexible goals that set you up for progress you can exceed. Whether you're just starting out or continuing with your routine, I walk you through how to set a goal that pushes you but doesn’t overwhelm you.

This goal-setting structure works especially well with the six minimum daily actions we use in the inside/out process. The idea is simple—set a goal you know you can hit, but aim to go beyond it. That builds confidence and consistency, week after week.

I also cover how to structure your daily actions in a way that allows for real-life curveballs while still creating meaningful progress. And if you want to go deeper with this, all the links to the daily calendar, self-paced tools, and coaching options are in the show notes.

Let’s get after it this week!

No judgment, just awareness. I walk you through the six minimum daily actions that form the foundation of your inside/out approach—four focused on your relationship with yourself, and two fitness habits to build sustainable progress.

This is one of our most tactical formats, designed to help you consistently build momentum with your fitness and mindset goals.

    Episode Description
In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I’m diving into the challenge that social media presents when you're trying to build a connected, consistent, and fulfilling life. While these platforms are meant to help us feel closer, they often leave us feeling distracted, disconnected, and doubting our worth. If you’re trying to build an inside/out life, the endless scroll is working against you more than you realize.

I talk about what it means to use social media as a tool rather than a trap. I share why my content and community are designed to get you off the apps and back into your life. This includes everything from my email list and blog, to my podcast and YouTube Q&A responses. If you’re tired of chasing weight loss goals for validation, and you want to connect with your body and mind in a new way, this is for you.

I also share a bit about my own story living with CP, and why I believe anyone can live an inside/out life when they stop trying to fix their body and start appreciating what it does. The goal isn’t to bash social media... it’s to show you another way to live, one that’s rooted in clarity, connection, and confidence.

In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I’m diving into the reality of what happens when things aren’t clicking. We talk about those days, weeks, or even seasons where you feel like you’re delivering a two out of ten—or nothing at all—and how to process those moments without shame or pressure. This episode is a reminder that taking a break, whether it’s physical or mental, doesn’t mean you’ve failed. You’re still growing, still learning, and still becoming.

I walk through how fitness can be a springboard to build confidence in all areas of life, and how your relationship with health and fitness can evolve without losing momentum. I also share why the six minimum daily actions, like journaling and creative expression, are crucial for reconnecting with yourself during pauses. Whether you’re in a break or pushing through one, this conversation is here to help you build perspective, permission, and peace in your journey.
