Episode Description
In this episode, I’m breaking down what it means to step away from the before-after mindset we often see in weight loss and fitness spaces. If you’ve ever told yourself that you’ll love or accept your body after you hit a goal, this one’s for you. We’re talking about choosing appreciation now and reinforcing that decision through daily actions, mirror work, and mindset shifts that come from the inside/out.
This isn’t about ignoring your goals or changing what you’re working toward. It’s about making the choice to appreciate who you are and what your body does for you right now. I’ll walk you through how to reframe your reflection, reset your thoughts, and build long-term self-acceptance even on days when old beliefs try to pull you back.
The inside/out approach isn’t just a catchy phrase. It’s a powerful foundation that can shift how you show up for yourself, your routines, and your life. You’re already reinforcing beliefs every time you see your reflection. Let’s start making those beliefs work for you.

Whether you’re setting up your fitness schedule, tracking daily actions, or managing a busy life, this process helps you stay grounded in what’s within your control. I’ll explain how to scale goals back slightly so you can build momentum instead of burning out.

This episode is all about observing the past week without judgment. I’m walking you through how to look at your goals, assess your progress, and understand what actually happened without slipping into self-criticism. Whether you followed through or not, this is a moment to reflect honestly and set yourself up for next week.
This is one of those foundational episodes that ties directly into the YLF Framework. If you've been working with your goals, this process will soon feel like second nature. And if you're just starting out, now is the perfect time to learn how to look back, learn, and build momentum from wherever you are.
Even if you're following a different program, you can still use this approach to evaluate how well you’re aligning your actions with your goals. No shame. No guilt. Just honest reflection and intentional planning.

Episode Description
When you hear the term "body dysmorphia," what comes to mind? In this episode, I’m unpacking how the term is used in weight loss spaces, why it’s important to recognize it as a legitimate mental health diagnosis, and what it means when we feel disconnected from our own reflection. I’m not a therapist or medical provider, and most people you hear talking about this topic online aren’t either. But that doesn’t mean your experience isn’t real or valid. If you’re struggling with what you see in the mirror or feel like you're carrying an outdated version of yourself in your mind, this episode is for you.
I’m encouraging you to take those feelings seriously and to talk to someone who can help, like your doctor or a mental health provider. Therapy has helped me tremendously, and it might help you too. This episode isn’t about labeling or diagnosing—it’s about exploring how we feel about ourselves and taking the next step to build a stronger connection with who we are inside and out.
We also talk about what to do while you’re waiting for support, how to use daily actions as reflection points, and how to present a fuller picture of your effort and mindset to your medical team. You deserve peace, clarity, and self-acceptance. Let’s start working toward that.

Episode Description
When did you first start picking yourself apart in the mirror? For many of us, the way we see our body began with a comment or moment that made us question ourselves... and that inner voice never stopped. In this episode, I’m walking you through how to reframe your body image and how to start building yourself up instead of tearing yourself down. We’ll talk about the long-lasting impact of early messages around appearance, how that inner critic forms, and how to take daily steps to challenge it using mirror work, positive self-talk, and the inside/out process.
If you’ve ever looked in the mirror and felt more judgment than peace, this episode is for you. I’ll share how to start the work of rebuilding your self-perception using repetition, observation, and consistent reflection. I also talk about the importance of getting help when you need it, including reaching out to a doctor if body image struggles are deeply impacting your mental and emotional health. The fitness space often thrives on dissatisfaction. But we’re here to do things differently. Let’s build a foundation of connection and appreciation for who you are… starting today.

I’m sharing how the YLF Framework helps you exceed your minimum daily actions, hit your weekly benchmarks, and build sustainable progress by focusing on real-time feedback and self-awareness. In this episode, I’m talking about something that could completely change the way you see yourself—being your own body standard. You are not meant to measure yourself against anyone else, not against what’s on social media, not what’s in magazines, and definitely not the impossible standards the fitness industry throws at you. I want you to look in the mirror and actually love what you see—not when you reach a goal weight or hit some aesthetic milestone, but right now.
You’ve spent years, maybe decades, chasing a standard that was never designed for you to sustain. This episode walks you through the mindset shift of appreciating your body at every stage, understanding where external pressure comes from, and learning how to build a consistent lifestyle from a place of self-love. It’s not about settling—it’s about shifting. And once you do, everything else gets easier.

Episode Description
In this episode, I’m talking about body dysmorphia and how easy it is to get stuck in a cycle where nothing ever feels like enough. I walk you through my own experiences with weight loss, body image, and the messages I internalized early on that shaped how I saw myself. If you've ever found yourself constantly striving to look a certain way and still feeling like it’s never good enough, this episode is for you. I share how I’ve shifted my approach from tearing myself apart to building myself up, using the inside/out mindset and minimum daily actions like mirror sessions and positive self-talk. This is not just about fitness. It’s about creating peace with who you are right now while working toward who you want to become.

In this Sunday episode, we are setting up the week by creating clear, achievable goals using the Your Level Fitness Framework. This approach helps you take everything you’ve done in the past—whether it’s last week, the last month, or your entire year—and use it to set realistic action-based goals you can exceed. We all like to think we’re logical with our goals, but without a structured plan, emotion can take over. This system keeps you grounded, focused, and ready to follow through. Whether you’re working on fitness, mindset, or personal growth, this goal-setting rhythm will help you build momentum and progress from the inside/out.
