    Episode Description
It’s midweek, which means it’s the perfect time to check in with yourself and your goals. In this episode, I’m walking through a quick mindset reset that helps you reflect on how things have gone so far and decide what, if anything, needs to be adjusted. Maybe you’re on track and can ride that momentum through the weekend. Or maybe the original plan needs a tweak based on how life is actually unfolding.

This is the part of the process that often gets overlooked. Adjusting your goals isn’t a setback, it’s a strength. When you take time to reflect and recalibrate, you’re not just trying to be perfect. You’re learning how to stay consistent in a way that fits your real life. That’s what living from the inside/out is all about.

    Episode Description:

In this episode, we’re talking about real confidence. Not the kind that comes from appearances or achievements, but the kind that’s built slowly from the inside out. I’m sharing thoughts on what it really takes to feel comfortable in your own skin and why all the things you’ve tried to “fix” your outside don’t work if you haven’t worked on how you see yourself.

I talk about my own journey with confidence, including conversations I’ve had with friends in the cerebral palsy space, how therapy and journaling have helped me, and the difference between ego and self-assurance. You’ll also hear why mindfulness, reflection, and just sitting with your thoughts matter more than the flashy stuff we see in fitness marketing.

This is about shifting the default from self-criticism to self-awareness. It’s about genuine confidence. And when you have that, it shows... because it’s rare. And it’s powerful.

    Episode Description:

In this episode, I break down why the number on the scale doesn’t define your weight loss progress, even though so many of us have been taught to believe it does. Real progress is built on consistent actions rooted in your preferences. It’s about building a plan you can actually stick to and understanding what drives those daily decisions. The results, like weight loss, are just byproducts.

We talk about why it’s essential to approach your fitness journey from an inside/out perspective—starting with how you feel about the process and yourself. I walk through how your past, present, and future selves all contribute to your current mindset and how reframing your relationship with your body can shift your entire approach to health and fitness.

I also explain why it’s okay if you’ve used food as a coping tool in the past, or if fitness hasn’t always been a priority. Life happens, and your experiences have made you resilient. From here, it’s about building a foundation that will carry you for decades. This is about longevity, not quick fixes.

So whether you're just getting started or you're adjusting your course again, I want you to know that this is your journey. And it’s worth embracing at every stage.

In this episode, I am diving into why your emotional and mental approach matters just as much as the actions you take around eating and exercise. Getting to a place of calmness and steady confidence is not just about willpower. It is about reconnecting with yourself from the inside/out and building your habits in a way that feels deliberate, sustainable, and personal.

We talk about what it means to truly eat based on your preferences, how adding just one serving of produce daily can change your relationship with food over time, and why starting small with movement is powerful. This is not about hyping yourself up every day or pushing through with anxiety. It is about making a calm, deliberate lifestyle that you can maintain long term.

If you want to feel better emotionally, mentally, and physically as you work on your active lifestyle, this episode gives you a real framework to get there.

    Episode Description:

In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I talk about something that often gets overlooked in the health and fitness space… your emotional health. Most of us are focused on our routines and goals. But beneath the surface of every action is an emotion. And our ability to understand and work with those emotions makes all the difference.

It’s not about labeling emotions as good or bad. It’s about observing them. Naming them. Sitting with them without judgment. When we develop this skill, everything from food choices to motivation becomes clearer. It’s not just about sticking to a plan. It’s about understanding why you’re drawn to the plan in the first place.

I also talk about the importance of therapy and how working with a professional has helped me improve how I manage emotions and connect with myself. This is the heart of the inside/out approach. Not just changing how you look but how you feel and how you process what’s happening inside you.

This episode is about giving you practical, sustainable tools to handle your emotions. Not perfectly. Just better. One moment at a time.

    Episode Description:
In this episode, I’m talking about what it really means to be body neutral throughout your day. Body neutrality doesn’t mean you ignore how you feel about your appearance. It means you learn to quiet those old self-critical thoughts that used to take over your mind every time you saw your reflection. You won’t be able to do it 100 percent of the time, and honestly, you shouldn’t try to. Some moments are meant for celebration, where you look at yourself and truly see how far you’ve come.

But most of the time, body neutrality is about keeping your inner world calm. It’s about seeing that insecure thought pop up, noticing it, and letting it pass without spiraling. That’s the inside/out work. I explain how your body image is often just a surface-level label for deeper insecurities, and how the real healing comes from within.

We also get into the six minimum daily actions that can help reset your relationship with yourself. Four of them directly tie to how you view yourself: getting outdoors, journaling, positive self-statements, and creative pursuits. When practiced consistently, these simple actions can rewire your default thinking and help you build a more peaceful mindset around your body and your identity.

This episode is a powerful reminder to stop chasing perfection and start building peace from the inside out.

    Episode Description:

In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I’m diving deep into the three AFs—Resilient AF, Confident AF, and Consistent AF. These are the foundation of the Always & Forever message and they form the core of what I believe will help you build a lasting, meaningful relationship with health, fitness, and yourself.

We start with resilience. You already have it. You’ve proven it time and time again just by continuing to show up, even when things felt impossible. Then we move to confidence, which is something you choose, not something you earn. It’s not about faking it. It’s about deciding to see yourself for who you truly are and embracing every part of that. And finally, we get into consistency, which isn’t just about rigid routines or forcing yourself to do something. It’s about starting with your preferences and building a routine around what you actually enjoy. From there, you can layer in anything you want.

This episode is a reminder that you don’t need to prove yourself to the world. You just need to reconnect with who you are and live from the inside/out. You’re already resilient. You can choose confidence. And you can absolutely build consistency around the things you like.

In this episode of The Your Level Fitness Podcast, I’m walking you through how I’ve built a sustainable eating plan around my preferences over the past five years. This wasn’t about overhauling everything overnight. It started with observation, understanding my emotional ties to food, and making one small change at a time.

I share the moments that led to habits like eating out more often, emotional eating, and the trial and error that helped me slowly shift back toward home-cooked meals, daily smoothies, balanced snacks, and smart substitutions. Whether it’s figuring out which snacks I can keep in the house, finding a replacement for sugary coffee shop runs, or making restaurant meals work for me instead of against me, this process has been layered and personal.

This episode isn’t about giving you my exact meal plan. It’s about showing you how long-term success in nutrition comes from building a foundation that works with your life—not against it. So if you’re ready to stop following someone else’s “perfect plan” and start crafting your own, this one’s for you.
