French chef and restaurateur, Daniel Boulud, joins us to talk about his new partnership with The Dalmore to create the first "bespoke Single Malt Scotch Whisky created in collaboration with a Michelin-star chef." We enjoy a glass and hear about the intricate process that Daniel and The Dalmore's Master Distiller Richard Paterson went through to create this high-end custom Scotch officially titled The Dalmore Selected by Daniel Boulud.
