The first thing I've heard in a while that actually sounded a little hopeful was Tim Ferriss's interview with Jane McGonigal about her new book Imaginable. It's basically the guide for anyone who is pessimistic to actually see life in a new way and get much needed optimism.

Here's me talking about my journal entry from the future, the next pandemic and giving  expectations a reality check.

Zen  Perry here, I recently bought the book Daily Rituals - How Great Minds Make Time, Find Inspiration and Get To Work  by Mason Currey

I wasn't expecting these daily habits and rituals to be so weird so I thought I would share a few with you. Here are the people I talked about on the episode:

Benjamin Franklin
Poet W.H. Auden
American Novelist Thomas Wolfe
Patricia Highsmith
Film maker Federico Fellini
Painter Henri de Toulouse-Lautrec
Psychiatrist Carl Jung

A lot of these are pretty freaky ranging from, naked air baths, binge drinking and genital touching... So, enjoy!
