Running or jogging is not the only way of getting your cardio in.  There are lots of different options at your disposal.

Leading through fear or my way or the highway doesn't work.  You need to communicate and get buy in from your team!

It's halfway through 2021 and I haven't accomplished any of my goals I set out to do back on January 1st.  What do I do?  There is still time to crush those goals....just hit the reset button and get busy!

We are all so busy and on the go, but how often do we take a few moments to just be silent or quiet?  

Are you on a yo yo of starting and stopping a new and different fitness program every couple of days or weeks?  Stop doing that, give the program time to work!

The late great Kobe Bryant's attitude, work ethic and process for life was legendary in his 20 years in the NBA and beyond.  This way of life is what he named, The Mamba Mentality!

Organizations like the American Legion, Lions Club, and others are dying out and having to close their doors, especially in the smaller communities.  Where is our sense of service and volunteerism these days?

Todays youth are less resilient than previous generations and it is our fault!  We need to quit making things easy and let them carve their own path in life!
