Stop looking down at the ball, look up and focus on the goal.
Before any game, we need training from the right coach, not from the people on the sidelines. The coach will teach you skills and tactics to prepare you to run with the ball, tackle, dribble, pass the ball to other players, be in the correct position to receive the ball, and finally score the goal.
Think about it, with no goals to aim for, the game of life would be a dull game to watch or play in.

In one of my client sessions, I had a vision of a field that I shared with my client, which transpired in the session.
A client approached me the other day and wanted to show me his farm.
Rather than invite me in for a cup of tea, he took me off to a field out the back of the farmhouse.
He was so proud of that field. He spoke for an hour about how fertile the soil was and how he had sown so many different kinds of seeds, not knowing which one would take and give the best harvest.
While he was talking, I noticed all the other fields full of different farm animals and crops and the beautiful farmhouse nestled amongst it all overlooking the valley below.
I asked him why this field was so important?

Your Ego is the image you have painted for yourself.
The picture you started at a young age, a stick person to begin with, and as you gradually got older, you added a body, a style, a look, a presence.
You colored over any mistakes you made and rubbed out anything you weren’t happy with, and you finally ended up with the perfect image of yourself—your Ego.

Your auto-pilot communicates to you in many ways, from automatic habits to reactions, feelings, and the voices in your head.
We’ve grown so used to the voices in our heads. We believe everything they are saying, even though if we took the time to just listen to those voices, we wouldn’t repeat them to anyone else.
Those voices are your autopilot mode instruction being fully on, no question about it.
Please take the time to listen to episode 22 on autopilot programming.
We need to come off autopilot instruction mode by questioning and observing everything that pops up in our heads.

Auto-pilot mode, where we don’t think for ourselves and just let life, circumstances, situations, and people dictate our lives.
Being on auto-pilot, you are destined for a life of up’s and downs, repeat mistakes & sadness that happen again and again.
Why because your programming was set at an early age, and you’ve let that mode be on until now.
So let’s look at ways to turn off that autopilot mode.

Thousands of candles can be lit from a single candle, and the life of the candle will not be shortened. Happiness never decreases by being shared.
I love that quote by Buddha. I even had the poster on my office wall when I had an office.
It inspired me to help others because I knew if I could help just one person, that would have a knock-on effect and resonate with other people.
That’s why now when I sit with someone coaching, I know it will have a ripple effect in so many ways.
