Today, we touch upon one of my most favorite tools towards Productivity - Accountability Buddy!
A study by The American Society of Training and Development found that people are 65 percent more likely to achieve their goal after sharing it with someone else and 95 percent more likely if they commit to recurring meetings for that goal.
Listen to the episode, for more such fun facts while learning more about how an AB can transform your goals journey.
Every single one of us matters, to create the collective difference towards fighting global warming - not just for ourselves, but for our future generations as well as all life around us.
Aside from changes in your daily life, think about sharing this list with a friend and finding an accountability buddy to do this with! One day, one change at a time.
This episode talks about where does the magic number of 10,000 steps come from? Whether it is science-backed? How should you think about your daily step count? And what is the savoring technique to building new habits?
Share it with a friend if you liked it or come chat with me on IG @traveljuggler :)
This is the 3rd episode in our time management techniques. Today I bring to you 'Time Blocks' technique which is one of the simplest yet most effective technique. Let me know what you think once you have had a chance to try it out.
It works really well for the analytical thinker in you by adding structure to your day. I hear people who have a lot of roles to juggle get the maximum benefit from this, such as students, employees, working parents etc.
In today's episode, we will go over another one of my favorite & tested time management techniques called 'Eisenhower Matrix' which uses two labels URGENT & IMPORTANT to bucket tasks into 4 areas. Helps you to figure out categorization of tasks into Do It, Schedule It, Delegate It & Delete It buckets!
Adding a resource here that I referenced for the episode notes, that has a picture of the matrix, if you were more of a visual learner.
Happy prioritizing!
Today’s episode is one in a series of 3 where I answer the one question I get asked the most on my Instagram page @traveljuggler. That’s where the idea of TheChillGoat podcast was born.
Promise you will love this one for the simplicity!
Let's do a 5 minute meditation together. I am sure you can take out 5 minutes out of the 1440 minutes we all have in a day. We will cover 3 techniques too that can each be used individually, while using the 'breath' as the anchor to stay as well as come back to the present moment. Who's ready?
And if you would like to support me, as I make more content, you could follow me on IG @traveljuggler :)
Today I bring to you this super simple technique to deal with stressful situations by asking yourself three questions through 5-5-5. This will help you to zoom out and objectively look at the stress that's coming up! And help you become less of a stress ball and more of a stress-kicking ball! Who's ready to dive in?
When was the last time you felt anxious, nervous or overwhelmed? If you answered 'Well, recently!' that makes two of us, along with many more! But fret not, these emotions are infact here for a reason! And well, I have a Cognitive Behavioral Science backed technique STOP which will make you an emotion-samurai. Listen on!
How many times have you tried to create a new habit, but then lost the focus? I can tell you the count is more than double digits for me, that's just how our brains our. Cut yourself some slack and get ready for 3 hacks with TAR (Trigger, Action, Reward). Let's make it easy shall we?
