Did you know that sandbox games have nothing to do with buckets and shovels, and the most famous of them is Minecraft? This revolutionary game was developed back in 2009 and was initially named Cave Game. Today, video games industry is worth a mindblowing $100 billion globally, and it all started in 1952 when a British professor developed OXO, a game similar to tic-tac-toe, for his university dissertation.
