Isn't nutrition so confusing?! FOR THE LOVE OF GOD, What should we be eating to fuel our bodies? What should we be cutting out entirely (if anything)? Should we be fasting for part of the day? How are fad diets translated to mainstream media? Kira explores all of these topics and more with Anna Cataldo and Nicole Ninteau. Both of these incredible women poses deep scientific knowledge of metabolism, exercise physiology, and nutrition science. Together they founded Enriched Health with the goal of helping their clients maximize the quality and longevity of their lives by minimizing the confusion around nutrition science and facilitating impactful health behavior change. Check them out at Enriched.Health (no dot com. It's a thing!)

Mel Tata is a New England based wedding and couples Photographer who also raises chickens, bartends, reads nerdy books and loves sour beers. Mel and Kira were two theater kids in a pod back in high school but life happened and they lost touch. But guess what? They reconnected and all is right in the world! The two reminisce about Kira's shitty first car, sneaking out in the middle of the night, even the time they (sort of) got in a fist fight in Kira's front yard. Neither of them had very good aim. They also discuss how Mel finally found what sets her soul on fire.
