In this episode David shares his story and what he learned from what he now describes as perpetual pointless pivots about passion, alignment and risk taking. Most recently, he has returned home and reclaimed himself as an audio production professional leveraging on his extensive experience. He'll share his insights on self-care, stress and how meditation has played a major part in discovering purpose and passion. He understands how our lives and careers can take unexpected turns when we loose touch with who we really are and what we really care about. After a successful 25 year career composing music for radio, TV and film, he became fatigued with his work. Rather than pivoting just a few degrees into a tangential business model or career, (a sensible idea?) he took a 180 degree turn away from what he knew and ventured into completely unfamiliar territory.
