On your self-care journey, hopefully, you will find things to do, that will help you increase your self-care. There are ways to help us along the way, and one of them is to STOP Ranting on social media. It zaps your spirit and gives no peace. Get somewhere and sat down. Sing a song that breathes life into your soul, and sing it loud. Also, I have found that scented candles help us relax and wind down from the days stresses. And if you have done the above, get yourself a dog/cat. Animals have a way of allowing us to relax and be calm. CHOOSE YOURSELF!!!!
