The player side (what to expect, what to ask, what to demand) and the coach side (the resort lesson vs. the player development lesson, why setting expectations matters, why measurement beats opinion). Plus the three reasons most lessons fail and the simple formula that fixes it.

The framework. Good information + correct application + repetition = improvement. If you're not getting better, one of those three is off. That's it. There's no magic secret formula. There's no special drill that unlocks the swing. The work happens between lessons, and the feedback loop is what separates real improvement from "I think I'm doing it right."

Shaun shares his own story — two years to build a swing flaw he was taught (too much shaft lean), over ten years to unlearn it. A 5 to 1 ratio.
