Já lá vai um ano e meio desde que a Portuense foi convidada onde falou sobre a superação da depressão que teve ao deixar uma carreira que lhe levou ao burn-out, um divórcio, e também nos explicou como o blog lhe serviu de terapia. Hoje Ana conta-nos onde se situa neste novo ciclo da sua vida, culminando numa mudança de residência mais perto da natureza e o seu primeiro título de autora o livro: "Vida Lixo Zero".
