#BLACKLIVESMATTER
In this episode, I share my experience with almost throwing in the towel and giving up on myself. I had to self-talk myself into realizing that I am capable, willing and able to do anything I set my mind too. Yes, we all get discouraged and feel hopeless especially during this time of hardships within the world. But we can not give up on the cause and ourselves. Black lives matter and so do we. I hope you guys enjoy!
Happy Monday!
In this episode I share with you all about embracing your flaws. Recently, I did a self-reflection on behalf of me being 1 year vegetarian. There were some moments where I reflected on how I felt about myself and also how I treated myself. I wanted to be able to share with you all listeners about embracing who you are now and the man or women you are becoming. Life is a journey that we choose to make mistakes, accept who we are and positive talk.
Have a great week.
In this episode, I share with you all about trusting the process. Throughout previous episodes, I speak on what I have been through or currently going through in every epsiode. Transparency is key to understand the foundation of sharing my story to others and stepping outside of my comfort zone. Trusting the process has led me to look upon life in a different attitude perception. I hope you all enjoy and take note while you can.
In this episode, I am talking about my current experience with expectations in life for myself, relationships and life.
In this episode, we are talking about being patient. Last week was whirlwind of emotions and great lessons that I wanted to share with you all. During this crisis, I feel like I am able to actually see myself for who I am and who I am becoming. And last week I learned that I have to learn how to be more patient with myself, my season, my body, my career and life itself. So chilleeee..... get right into the episode and let me know what you guys struggle with or have been struggling with for a long time.
