  • S2E9 - Sean Shea

Sean Shea  is on this week. He is a human who happens to tattoo other humans. Like me. Sean is a very talented tattoo artist who works out of both Cape Cod & Portland Maine. He has worked under some of the great tattooist of our time & brings his love for art into each individual piece he designs. I have been lucky enough to have hours upon hours of conversations with Sean but only until now has he agreed to actually chat in front of a microphone.

    Enjoy!

  • S2E8 - Shy

This is not an episode about being shy, it's about a human named Shy. Just wanted to clear that up in the show notes here.

Shy is someone I met through the Lego community yet our conversation reaches beyond the lego brick. Shy was in the marines & fought in war, he's seen stuff that most of us will never nor should ever have to experience in this lifetime or any other.

And his brave story? You won't want to miss what Shy purposely put himself through at age 8.
His life experiences put so much into perspective & we could all take something away from him.

You can find Shy on instagram at www.instagram.com/shytimeismytime/

  • S2E6 - Tim Cronin

This week my guest is Tim Cronin & we will explain the way in which we are connected, it's, well, a small world. Throughout our discussion, Tim sheds light on ADHD & how it has been a part of his life as well as how it has played a role in him being a father to a son with similar tendencies along that same path.

Tim has an extraordinary life in which stories just seem to pour from, from days during the L.A Riots to water cooler chats with NFL players & everything else in between.

You can also find Tim in the Podcast world at  "Stats Don't Matter" and you can find it anywhere you get your podcasts.

My guest this week is Duane Brooks, the defensive line coach for Dartmouth  College. He shares stories about his upbringing & his life in Indiana, being raised by his two grandmothers after his mom had him at 16.

Duane is going to leave you wanting another story because he genuinely tells it how it is without reservations. He knows his own truths down to a cellular level & his messages are contagious across the board.

  • S2E3 - Lori Pine

Get ready for big things in small packages. This week I reconnect with a woman who I met at a retreat where we were both searching for insight towards finding joy & purpose.

Lori Pine is a light that all should be able to bask in. She’s made many hard decisions in her life, one being to leave a big corporate job & another being to take back control of an eating disorder that debilitated her for much of her life.

Lori shares a vast array of valuable information & a love for people that is clear & refreshing.

  • S2E2 - Martin aka Bricksnaps

My life is all things strange... coincidence, synchronicity...the matrix? Possibly so.

This week my guest is Martin. We met by happenstance (another odd human experience of mine) and because we crossed each other's paths, we were able to open up an entirely new conversation that led us HERE.

Martin's view of life is one that opened my eyes to something I had never thought about before. The way in which he was brought up, the way in which he never knew what his dad did for work, the way in which we should all be thinking about what is important to us as individuals. Next time you find yourself asking someone what they "do", instead ask "what do you LIKE to do?" And not only that... but before you ask, ask yourself "do I even care?" If the answer is no, then ask a different question or not one at all. Be curious, not nosey.

  • S2E1 - Celia St. Onge

Welcome back! It's season 2 & I am thrilled to share more human stories with all of you glorious fellow humans.

My guest this week is Celia St. Onge. We met on a photoshoot over 12 years ago & we never lost touch. I call her my "fairy godmother" because I am convinced that everything she touches is magic. She might as well be carrying around pixie dust with her, her presence is like a  warm hug that you never knew you needed.

We talk about trusting your gut
We discuss normalizing the human condition... without conditioning
We laugh & share adventures about Rome that you won't want to miss. Celia holds wisdom beyond this lifetime & will share just a glimpse with us.
