Did you know that 64% of African American children CAN NOT swim and 3,500 people every year who die in water?! These are astonishing numbers. We recorded this last year and I thought it fitting to have you listen as Coach Andre' Morton and his wife Kim Morton talk about African Americans and swimming. Casey is an advocate for the LGBTQ+ community here in Lexington, Ky and is a Victims Advocate at the Lexington Pride Center. We have an open and candid conversation about what the pronouns are, what they mean, how to address someone if you are unsure of what their pronouns are. We also dive into understanding what transgender is, the process and so much more!

Today I sit down with Lezell Lowe and have an open and honest conversation about protecting black women and men. But we don't stop there! We go in about black men and men in general healing from their unspoken trauma. I wanted to know how their relationship with or the lack thereof their father plays a role in their relationships now as grown men.
