It's the second Tiny Mic Session. Wahoo, the crowd goes wild. These sessions are unscripted, unedited, and a chance to unwind. This session we are chatting about chasing dopamine. Specifically, how I have used, for most of my adult life, food as my only source of dopamine. Let's be honest, if it wasn't food, it was sex and alcohol in my early 20s. Sorry mom. Now I am exploring more serving ways to get that hug of emotions in intentional and more joyful ways. I would love to hear from you, how do you chase dopamine?

We think so, but there is a power in the creating and talking through it. I am telling the story of how our child reminded me that I should just dismiss something because it’s not my thing (at first).
