Valerie Henderson did something miraculous. She healed herself of a chronic condition. Using meditation. For real. She talks about that process here: what she did, how she did it, and exactly whose meditation work she used. Not only is her story incredible--so is Valerie. She's a radiant, kind, loving human being. Who decided one day she had had enough of being in pain. As always, I hope this episode helps you feel seen, loved, and connected--and love all parts of yourself a little more.

Celebrity make-up and lash artist Jocelyn King is one of the loveliest people I know. She is fearless in her pursuit of growth and in her caring for other people. She makes people feel good--inside--as she helps them feel good about how they look on the outside. In our conversation, she talks about her family life in a small town as the preacher's daughter. Her realization that she wanted to be in the beauty industry. Quitting university. Pursuing her dream through film and beyond. All as a result of embracing who she really is. I loved our conversation. As always, I hope this episode helps you feel seen, loved, and connected--and love all parts of yourself a little more. Natasha Cecere came on the podcast and talked about something we haven't had on this podcast before. In her own words: being a fatty with a dead daddy. This woman! She is fun, funny, kind hearted, and very fierce in speaking about things that are often shunned or judged. She talked about when it comes to her body and the loss of her father in a way that was just so very lovely. I loved our conversation, and how full of warmth and strength she is. As always, I hope this episode helps you feel seen, loved, and connected--and love all parts of yourself a little more.

Gillian Behnke is a total delight. Someone who shows up as herself, carries a light ahead for other women, and is daringly, boldly staking a claim for the immeasurable value of happy moms. She shared her own personal experience with wanting to escape, her own realization that a getaway is good--and coming home to a life you can thrive in is even better. She also talked about how--drum roll please--sometimes she doesn't like her kids, and that's okay. I loved our conversation, and how full of love and charm she is. As always, I hope this episode helps you feel seen, loved, and connected--and love all parts of yourself a little more.

Gloria Latham isn't the teacher for everyone. She speaks frankly, boldly, and directly. I love that. We sat down for a conversation about big changes, the opportunities inside this time in history, and how we can rise to meet them. Gloria was also pretty clear about our ability to clear the fear, anxiety and anger--and how important that is--for ourselves and those around us. I loved our conversation so much.
Fashion Editor Meghan Blalock talked about getting fired. And being grateful for it. I know, right?! How cool does that get. She shared her story of getting a dream gig after working her butt off: an editorial position on Kim Kardashian West's app. Then, she was fired. What I love about this is that it's especially tender. We don't often hear stories like this one--but they're common. Unexpected and unwelcome surprises happen. Meghan was bold, honest, and I loved her even more by the end of our conversation. I think you will, too. As always, I hope this episode helps you feel seen, loved, and connected--and love all parts of yourself a little more.

What a unique and different time we're in right now. Covid-19 has created unprecedented shifts in our world, our work, and our lives. I kept on hearing how many people were experiencing anxiety, fear and worry, and having very challenging times in their inner world, outer world--including their businesses. In my work as a coach, I get a deep view into what's going on for people, and I wanted to help. So I put together a webinar called How to Support You and Your Business During Challenging Times. I'm sharing it on the podcast because it may be helpful for you. And it definitely fits the category of Things I'd Never Say--there are things in here I've never said before. We as a collective have never been here before. As always, I hope this episode uplifts you, supports you and helps you align with love. Love Lindsey

Zachary Goodson is one of the loveliest people, one of the loveliest men. I was so touched and inspired by his presence, his boldness, his openess and his baddassery. He is, according to his own words, a writer, a coach, and a heart-centered entrepreneur who loves to help others. He stepped forward and talked about hitting rock bottom in his life. How he rose up from being a validation junkie and trying to fill emptiness especially through his relationships with women. And began to thrive, fall in love with life, create a solid happy relationship and a become a conscious parent. Ta da! So cool. I was blown away by his openess, his candidness, and his story. I know you will be, too. As always, I hope this episode helps you feel seen, loved, and connected--and love all parts of yourself a little more.

Is there anything more delightful than a woman full of laughter AND strength? Coach Tarita Preston is a bombshell of a person--full of light, loving, truth and strength. In this episode, she talks about experiencing the pain of a relationship ending, even though it was her choice--and the growth and self-knowing and empowerment that came with it. She is open, vulnerable, and very real about what she came to see about herself and the nature of her relationship. So many of us can relate to what she shares. As always, I hope this episode helps you feel seen, loved, and connected--and love all parts of yourself a little more.

Rebecca Bligh is one powerhouse of a woman. She's a strong voice on Vancouver city council, a mom of two, and has her own career highs in leadership development and more. Yet--she's also down-to-earth, open, frank and very human. I adore her for this. In our conversation, we talked about motherhood. We talked about her experience as a mother-lead household. I learned that's the new, more accurate, non-stigma term for single mother households. And her new learnings inside raising a teen. I loved this conversation so much--and got so much from it. I know you will too.
