I have been chasing Erin Huizenga around the internet since 2006.  She has worked at all the places I've drooled over for years, done some amazing work around innovation, design and education and to be honest is just a pretty cool person.  She is a several time founder, co-founder and host and most recently co-founded Desklight Learning, "Desklight uses human-centered design to build engaging learning tools and platforms for businesses, schools, and nonprofits."  Erin and I talked about HOW she does her creative, innovative and strategic work, the value of community that is so dear to her and her thoughts on learning!

 I have been a Type 1 Diabetic for over 30 years and was recently excited to get connected with Lauren Bongiorno.  Lauren is a Diabetic Wellness coach but this episode is nothing about diabetes but instead it's about YOUR potential!  Lauren tells us the story of how after years of unhealthy relationships with herself and lack of self love she turned to yoga to slow down her mind.  It was at the end of a yoga class during "shivasana" when she was finally hit with the thought of "What if?"  What if she didn't go to law school like her family and instead pursued a career of helping other diabetics achieve their optimal level of wellness!?
