Your success is determined by the choices you make in life and when you put purpose behind your decisions you find more success. The road to entrepreneurship isn’t an easy one. You will find many challenges and obstacles in your way but it is all about how you handle these situations.
Making the right decisions is a crucial part of any business and when you take action quickly instead of purposefully, you will open up more obstacles than opportunities.
In this episode, I sit down with my business partners Cynthia and Tonia to talk about how you can make more purpose-driven decisions professionally and personally. If you are thinking “this doesn’t pertain to me” - give it a listen and then decide!

One of the most efficient things you can do for your business is to NOT get emotional when it comes to your business decisions. As entrepreneurs, we can end up reacting before responding and because of this, we make harmful decisions when it comes to clients, businesses, and employees.
In this episode, I break down what it means to be emotional in business and how it can affect you in the long run. I too have found myself making emotional decisions when it comes to my employees, my clients, and my business overall. I have a feeling you have experienced these emotions as well.
Listen in and learn how you can manage your emotions and learn to respond rather than react.

As an entrepreneur, you already know that a business doesn't thrive without people. People are the most important part of any business.
But, a lot of entrepreneurs forget to keep a check on their emotions while dealing with business partners, employees, and other people who help their business grow.
In today’s episode, I have Susie Miller, an expert leadership coach with 25 years of experience under her belt who helps 7 & 8-figure businesses grow through better communication, leadership, and peak performance.
And we’ll be talking about why you could go bankrupt with your relationships while trying to build an empire at a fast pace and how you can completely avoid it without ruining your business.
It’s a difficult balance to quickly build an empire and having to deal with people too, especially when you care too much about people like I do!
That’s where Susie helps me: Becoming a better leader and maintaining relationships within the company, among team members, and with my business partners outside of my company.
So we’ll be going over all of that in this episode to help you build your empire while avoiding bankrupting your relationships.

The truth is if you don’t love what you’re doing then don’t do it. As entrepreneurs, most of us enter business in desperation because we are chasing that dollar amount, but when you chase the money you end up being miserable.
Don’t work with a client just because they bring in money - let them go because there is an even better opportunity waiting for you that will remind you why you started.
