    Apostle Paul gives us two major injunctions that we should follow which describe our Christian walk

    • We should maintain the unity of the Spirit in the Bond of Peace i.e every part of the church should contribute to the growth of the church in love, such that the body (Chuch) will mature and grow in Love
      • We should put off the Old man and put on the new man. In this instruction, the believer is no longer dead by the power of God, the new man has come but we have a responsibility to see ourselves that way, and embrace the lifestyle of a Christian.

      • Soldiers and Athletes - Part 4

        In this final part of the series, Brother Sam does a recap of the previous three parts of the series, reminding us of What God wants us to do (Ministry, being productive, and raising Godly Families) and (how we do what God wants us to do).


        Then he rounded up by showing us how the Lord in His Sovereignty, leads our lives by default, how the modern teaching of Hearing God's voice in the following of His plan is unnecessary because God is in control of our lives. As children of God, our Father is always leading us even when it seems we aren’t aware.


        This ought to comfort us. For WHAT is His plan for our lives, and the HOW is our responsibility, to ensure that we live godly lives in accordance with God's word.


        We therefore conduct ourselves as Soldiers and Athletes, by living holy and pure lives while trusting Him as He leads us.

      • Ephesians 3

        Brother Seye continues the expository bible study into the book of Ephesians as we look at Ephesians chapter 3. We look at two important thoughts communicated in the chapter.


        We look at what the mystery of Christ is, and how it came about while establishing Paul's apostleship. We see that the mystery of Christ is that the Gentiles, who were once without God and hope in this world, have now been reconciled to God in one body even with the Jews who have come to God through Christ.


        The second thought examined is the effect of the mystery on us, Gentiles. We see that it is because of the "mystery" that we're bold and have access and confidence through our faith in Him. We're emboldened in the face of suffering, life may be tough but we're not without hope.

      • Ephesians 2 - Part 2

        Bro. Seye Maj continues his expository bible study on the book of Ephesians.


        We start this second part from vv10-21 and see some similarities with the preceding verses in the chapter.


        We see the relationship Jews and Gentiles had with the gospel before, and what changes for both groups when they come into the faith.


        We also see that we have been called into the catholic church according to the apostle's doctrine. Any deviation from that is devoid of God's Spirit.
