It's okay to love yourself. Did you know? You are allowed. Some might say, you are even obligated.
And that's going to require some good old fashioned selfishness. This episode is about how love reflects through us. And I make the case for spreading radical love over the entire project of our human existence. From here, we can launch into our wildness, but maybe we should get a lay of the land. How to steer healthy narcissism and own your shit in the next episode.
Here's a metaphor for you. You are wildlife. Free and untamed, you are righteous and balanced. But when the hunter tries to destroy your peace, you frequently forget that he shoots blanks, and as soon you merge the with idea of fear, it evaporate and you are instantly, wild.
Since we are getting re-acquainted, I thought I would share some stories with you about the foundational experiences that made me, free of spirit, and wild.
