Mary Closser, the Green Business Coordinator with Recycle Utah, provides education, awareness and insight to local businesses who want to operate their shops in a more environmentally mindful way. This includes their consumption of energy, water, fuel and raw materials as well as looking into ways they can reduce the waste they generate.
