The film, Wasted, The Story of Food Waste , will be airing Wednesday, June 20 at the Santy Auditorium. It’s a documentary produced by the late Anthony Bourdain and focuses on what needs to be done to reduce and re-direct food that is lost to landfills. Josh Hobson, a member of the Park City Leadership Class 24 discusses this film and a class project focusing on food waste and composting.
