Fear is something we ALL experience. While there are scenarios where fear is helpful, most of the time the fear we feel that's trying to keep us "safe" is really only keeping us small. Since launching this podcast last week I've had so many people reach out asking me about the podcast or have started conversations about the big dream they have that they want to create, but are afraid to start. Back when I started my allstar cheerleading gym over 14 years ago I didn't know what I was doing, but I made it happen.
