On this episode I chatted with Jaxton Secrest founder of Payne County Beef co. Jaxton is 19 years old studying at OSU. He's a sixth generation cattle rancher and founded his business three years ago. Jaxton saw the opportunity to provide 100% Wagyu beef and ran with the idea.
