On this episode I chatted with serial entrepreneur Jake Nossaman. Jake grew up in the Del city area, founded his first business at 18 in his backyard shop and hasn’t looked back since. He’s a true work hard play hard kinda guy. If you know him, you’re probably surprised he’d sit for 50mins to record this podcast. Jake started Collision Works, he and his team grew it to 38 locations. He then stepped into Medium / Heavy Duty collision and service repair and has been devoting his attention to that since.
