As he likes to say he was an intramural junkie at OU and always has had a passion for health and fitness. Helping friends with diet plans, fitness workout plans all the way through college. After Jeff graduated he started working at Chesapeake and continued his passion for sports and fitness. One day he over heard people complaining about their diets and that they couldn't find anything they'd like to eat that was healthy. So he set off on a mission to make a healthy snack bar that actually taste good. KIZE was born.
