Kaleo who lives in Edmond was born with a club foot; a tenotomy at 9 months old placed pins through the toe and heel bones, but left Kaleo with limited calf flexibility and muscle. At age 12 she joined the U.S Women’s sitting team and made her Paralympic debut at the London games at age 16. Then on to win Gold at Rio four years later.
