As we know, life is always changing. Things will begin and end for the rest of time. One door closes so another may open, create space so something else can fill it. While I find myself at the forefront of a lot of change I realize that this podcast has served its purpose for me. And although I didn’t say it enough throughout the last 403 days, I need thank you for giving me the space to be myself and the space to figure out what that even means. As of late life has felt like too much to handle. When that happens I like to re center myself by asking, “what are you doing, what is important, and what do you need to let go of?”

A short recap of the happenings in my life and within myself.

More often than not I have a myriad of thoughts scrambling around in my head. In this episode I talk about what’s been on my mind recently and how it’s effected my relationships and self esteem.

For the most part, lately when I record it’s because I am at a loss of what to do in my personal life. The conclusion I keep coming to is that no matter what I have to keep going.

In a world where we often push ourselves too hard and hold ourselves to higher expectations than is realistic or necessary, I want to make sure we remember one thing... We need to be kind to ourselves.

Not only is this episode is bad quality, I discuss a recent realization that involves my own bad qualities. I wasn’t going to post it, but because I am trying to live a life of openness, I think it is important. Plus, it will make what comes next make more sense.
